
The EU structural funds will create a customer self-service solution for farmers for managing orders for green fuel and other petroleum products.
The COVID-19 pandemic has posed new challenges for the company to retain existing and attract new customers. In order to improve the quality of fuel delivery services for farmers, the tub “shock trade” decided to apply under the measure ” E. Commerce model COVID-19″, requesting co-financing for the development and implementation of e-commerce solutions. During the implementation of the project, a customer self-service solution will be created, on the platform of which orders for the delivery of fuel and other petroleum products to farmers will be formed and executed. The solution will be integrated with the internal systems of the company.
The project budget is EUR 66,300.00. EUR 49,725.00 has been allocated to finance the project from the European Regional Development Fund as a measure of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The project is implemented without partners. The estimated duration of the project will be from the 21st day of February 2022 to the 15th of February 2023.
